Community-led Cohousing

The practice is excited to share news of its role in a successful bid for a plot within the Greater London Authority’s Small Sites programme. 

The winning design outlines a new-build cohousing scheme comprising several dwellings and a large common house, planned to offer space and facilities to the wider community.

Brisco Loran is working with a North-London-based community-led housing group, in collaboration with low-energy design specialist Junko Suetake.
